Start Your Electrical Career with REES
We grow great electricians from the ground up. Our paid, structured Apprenticeship Program combines national qualifications, real projects, and mentoring from some of Australia’s most respected sparkies—so you can build a long-term career, not just a job.
Learn from The Best
You’ll be mentored by Stephen Kehoe—our technical lead and resident master sparkie—who personally oversees apprentice development to make sure you’re supported, challenged, and set up for success.
You’ll also be guided by award-winning electricians and project leaders whom consultants and designers regularly seek out. Many of our current leaders began as REES apprentices — built specialist teams, created new roles, and now help shape our future.
